What does pulse have to do with health?
I had a physical today — mine was 62. This has to be an all-time low. Mine has always been high.
You’re a normal healthy man.
The normal resting pulse rate for a healthy adult can range from 60 to 100 beats per minute.

Excercise does help the heart to regulate itself, if you don’t have an underlying health issue. A normal pulse rate (resting) for a man is in the low 60’s while women tend to be in the low 70’s. Unless you battle tackycardia which gives you “double time” basically your workout rate. Also, caffeine can speed up heart rate/pulse also.

pulse is very important in the field of health. because it’s a capacity to know if your pulse is slowly or is rapidly pumping. in that case, one will know if you have a normal or an irregular pulse rate.:)
