Definitely wallpaper. For whatever you pay for the wallpaper, plan to spend that much again on installation.

Wallpaper. If you’re doing it yourself or hiring someone to do it, then the wallpaper has a higher initial cost and takes much longer to install. Time equals money in most things.

My house air conditioner keeps freezing up. What do I do to correct this? What is wrong?

We use it once it has defrosted and dried out for 24 hours but, it keeps happening.
 
It is very possible your AC unit is out of freon. Getting it recharged should fix the problem.
Also make sure your air filters are clean - lack of air can speed up the freezing process.
