so i am trying to lose 10-15lbs right? i don’t really care how long it takes, but just less then 4 months or something. i am currently eating about 1200 cals a day. will i lose weight by just eating this or do i have to exercise?
yeah, but if you work out 45 mins a day 3-4 days a week you will lose weight faster and you will build muscle…losing weight without exercising is very hard..i would recommend exercise..its good for you..

You can lose weight by restricting calories alone, but that doesn’t make it a good idea. You’ll always have to diet when your weight comes up, but if you build muscle your body will burn more calories at rest and you won’t have to restrict the calories so much. Plus you will just be healthier.
